因為教學助理納勞健保，大學校長又集體要求調降身障者定額進用比例。這已不是大學校長第一次為此發聲，從反對研究助理應否納勞基法，到身障者進用比例，大學主事者在乎的都是財源，認為學術自由高於一切，外界不應管太多。殊不知，大開店送禮推薦團購人氣商品學正是啟蒙學生社會責任及勞動意識最寶貴園地，國立大學校長帶頭下修社會責任標準，應是最負面的示範。2011年起大學捲起研究助理要求納入勞基法風潮，研究助理幫忙接送教授兒女，幫忙顧家甚至照顧寵物等荒謬事端被起底，類似申訴與爭議案件湧入勞動部。因為一場又一場抗爭，勞動部派員進入校園與學校溝通，釐清「學習」與「勞動」差別，經過四年協調，直到2015年才將「學習型」與「勞動型」分流處理。. } }); } 當時各大學不但一路抗拒，甚至揚言將大量縮減助理名額，後來也進一步質疑身障者進用標準太高；教育部只好全額補助大學新增實用商品推薦勞健保經費，勞動部則是從調整身障者薪CP值超高CP值超高資，從寬計入母數等方式協助學校度過衝擊。如今因為教育部將學習型助理一併納入勞健保，大學校長再重彈老調，並不令人意外。台灣直到1990年身障者定額進用制度才上路，過程中也有不少雜音，即使很多形象極佳的企業，都曾名列身障者進用不足黑名單榜首，公立機關如立法院，也曾因此上榜，可見實務上執行確有其難度。不過，法律執行難度也熱賣產品送禮酒推薦正凸顯身障者身處的就業環境，各種推拖的理由，正是造就身障者不利的求職環境。大學身負作育英才責任，增加僱用身障人士不是施捨，既是法定義務，更是社會責任，尤其是國立大學享有最多國家資源，善盡社會責任責無旁貸，帶頭要求下調進用比例，詒笑大方。其次，大學校園職務相較中小學更為多元，可以進用身障者的職缺理應更多；除了後端依法進用，更應從積極面，如培育身障師資、增額錄取身障研究生等方式，提供身障者更多就學與就業機會。與大學治理事項相比，進用身障者或許是小事，卻能看出大學社會責任自我要求，如果多數法定進用單位都可以做得到，大學校園沒有道理採低標。因為教學助理納勞健保，大學校長又集體要求調降身障者定額進用比例。圖為台大校園。本報資料照片 分享 facebook
疑未注意停等紅燈 BMW追撞藍寶堅尼法拉利
一名黃姓男子省錢達人銷售排行榜17日晚間駕駛BMW轎車行經台64線三重路段下匝道時，疑不慎從後方追撞前面一輛停等紅燈的藍寶堅尼超跑及一輛法拉利跑車，所幸未釀傷亡。 中央社（翻攝畫面） 分享 facebook 新北市三重警分局今天晚上表示，一輛BMW轎車疑未注意前方停等紅燈車輛，在台64線快速道路下三重匝道出口，追撞藍寶堅尼及法拉利跑車，無人受傷。警方指揮改道，車流並未回堵。警方初步調查，今天晚間8時19分據報，新北市台64線快速道路，三重區路段往板橋方向，下光復路的匝道口發生車禍。現場有一輛藍寶堅尼超跑、法拉利跑車，及一輛BMW轎車發生撞擊。. } }); } 市府消防局表示，因為無人受傷，因此沒有人打119，消防救護並未出勤。警方初步瞭解，黃姓男子駕駛的BMW轎車疑似從後方追撞前方停等紅燈的一輛藍寶堅尼超跑，以及一輛法拉利跑車。三重警分局今天晚上表示，車禍發生後，警分局大有派出所在台64快速道路，下三重匝道入口擋車，並請駕駛人改道。警方說，橋面車流順暢，並無回堵狀況。警方說，封鎖現場清理，車禍造成3輛轎跑車損壞，無人受傷。3名駕駛酒測值都是零，車禍肇事原因將由警方進一步調查釐清。
