點頂級牛排要求「半熟」 翻面一看讓他傻了：這怎麼吃？
不少人吃過牛排，並且有自己偏好的熟度，有些人喜歡3分熟，也有人喜歡半熟。但最近有香港網友發文提到，他到澳門某酒店餐廳用餐，點了1份「半熟」牛排，沒想到餐點上桌後，他將牛排翻面，結果卻讓他傻眼，讓他忍不住痛批「這服務態度我還是第一次見到！」
這名網友日前在臉書不公開社團「澳門難食中伏團」發文和分享照片，他抱怨澳門某間優惠網站最便宜酒店的服務態度極差。原本打算好好開心地享用Buffet，起初吃起來還算愉快，口味也還不錯，而且餐後還有打折優惠，只是美中不足的是，出菜速度太慢，而且螃蟹吃起來不新鮮。
該間酒店推薦的主餐「席切頂級和牛」和「威靈頓酥皮牛柳」，都只出餐1次後就沒再補充。就在等了一段時間後，推出的「頂級和牛」牛排，他不滿意熟度，因此請主廚幫忙特製1份「半熟」牛排。
等了一會兒之後，牛排上桌了，沒想到一看竟然是「一面生、一面熟」，當下讓他十分錯愕。該名網友忍不住直呼「第一次見這樣的服務態度！吃這樣的食物，真的是花錢買氣受。」
不少網友看到後紛紛回應，有人認為「可能是廚師忙中有錯，牛排忘記把反面煎了」、「這廚師有創意，技巧也十分高超」；店家得知後表示，將會內部調查了解實際狀況，若真屬實未來會加強改進。
